Terms and Conditions

  1. To be eligible for this offer the Referrer must have deposited before the Referred Friend.
  2. Referred Friend must sign-up with the personalized link in the email.
  3. Referred Friend's Minimum initial deposit $20.00.
  4. Maximum referral bonus is $200.00.
  5. Bonus will be paid seven days after the Referred Friend has made their first deposit.
  6. In order to be eligible as a valid referral, the Referred Friend must have used at least 50% of his initial deposit and must not have requested a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on his own Sign-Up Bonus.
  7. If, after seven days of the initial deposit, 50% of the amount has not been wagered, your referral bonus will not be automatically credited. To request this bonus after seven days, please send an email to cashier@Onlywinners.com.
  8. The Referred Friend still receives their 25% Free Cash Sign-up Bonus offer even if they have not met the wagering requirements for a referral bonus.
  9. The Referred Friend's 25% signup bonus is only credited using the bonus code in the personalized email.
  10. The Referred Friend's 25% signup bonus offer supercedes all other signup bonus offers
  11. There is no limit to the number of times you're credited a referral bonus, but limited to one bonus per Referred Friend.
  12. The customer with the highest number of referrals per calendar month will receive the $1,000.00 prize.
  13. In the event of a tie, the $1,000.00 prize will be split equally amongst the winning members.
  14. The $1,000.00 prize is paid as Bonus Cash with standard rollover requirements.
  15. The $1,000.00 prize will be paid with two business days of the final day of the month.
  16. An updated leaderboard of the month's top referrers will be published weekly.
  17. Opening multiple accounts is strictly against the house rules. If the referee already has an account with us (Inactive or otherwise) you will not be entitled to receive any referral bonus funds.
  18. All referral claims for credit must be made within 60 days of your friend/acquaintance (the referee) signing up.
